What we collect

Your mobile number, the team and schedule you chose, the date and time you agreed to receive texts and the exact wording you agreed to, the network address that submitted the form, and a record of every text we sent you or received from you. Stripe collects your card details and billing email; we never see your card number. We keep your email only to match Stripe's records.

What we do with it

We use your number to send the scores you subscribed to and to answer STOP and HELP. We use the consent record to prove you asked for the texts, as the law requires. That is all. We do not send marketing. We do not sell, rent or share your number with anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Who else sees it

Twilio delivers the texts and sees your number and the message text. Stripe handles payment. Our score data provider never sees any subscriber information.

How long we keep it

Consent records and message logs are kept for four years after your subscription ends, because that is how long the law gives someone to bring a claim about text messages. Everything else is deleted when your subscription ends, or sooner on request.

Text STOP to end all texts. Email help@scoretexts.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
